"Hervorragende Lage des Hotels fĂŒr Besuche in Basel. Zimmer sauber, aber bei einem ausgewiesenen 3-Bett Zimmer erwarte ich, dass auch 3 vollwertige Betten vorhanden sind und nicht nur eine schmale Liege als 3. Bett. GroßzĂŒgiger Parkplatz. Wir waren vor einem Jahr ebenfalls in diesem Hotel, damals war 1 Fahrstuhl in Betrieb, 2 FahrstĂŒhle waren außer Betrieb. An diesem Zustand hat sich nichts geĂ€ndert. Nicht nachvollziehbar, dass die Fa. Haushahn es innerhalb eines Jahres nicht schaffen soll, das Problem zu lösen. 1 Fahrstuhl fĂŒr ein 10-stöckiges Hotel ist schon taff. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck fĂŒr 19 € ist wirklich 08-15. Die StĂŒhle im FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum sind durchgesessen und bedĂŒrfen einer Erneuerung. Kein wahrnehmbarer Service im FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum, d.h. kein Personal, das mal benutztes Geschirr abrĂ€umt etc. Wir werden vermutlich trotzdem wieder kommen, einfach weil die Lage fĂŒr unsere Unternehmungen optimal ist."
