"Super clean rooms, breakfast was very good, staff are very friendly, have free laundry service, only concern was that the restroom by the receptionist need to be paid more attention to it. It was very dirty. Linens n towels anre changed daily. Condiments are filled daily. The housekeeping person who was cleaning the second floor I believe her name was Mesi was super nice. Otherwise it’s a five star hotel. "

When we arrived, the room meant for my kids had only one bed instead of two. I brought it up to the staff, and they handled it immediately without any hesitation — quick and efficient! If I should mention something, then it would have been nice if the menu card for the room dining would have been as thoroughly described as the menu card in the restaurant:) "
