Great location for us. Staff is excellent as are the restaurants. Our favorite hotel in that area.

We stayed in the Alexander Suite, which was ideal for us. King size bed, Victorian charm, tidy bathroom with tub, shower and amenities. Enjoyed the Watkins lotion. This was probably our 10th stay here. We come back for the consistent comfort, cleanliness, service and great location. The shuttle drivers to Mayo Clinic are incredibly helpful, informative and considerate.

This is a very clean and up to date facility. Beautifully immaculate room! I highly recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting the Mayo Clinic.

This is a super nice hotel, the best breakfast we have had at a hotel!! Beds were comfortable, pillows good. Nice fire pit area, we did not use the pool or hot tub. Walking or biking trails next to the hotel.

I got a notice from the state disease control about a sickness passses through the pool, and my child did get very sick after swimming in the pool. Everything else was excellent!

Friendly and clean hotel with plenty of parking behind the hotel. We arrived on a Friday, stayed until Sunday. Try the Winneshiek Ice Water made by Dylan at the Tap Room! Hotel is close to shops, breweries and restaurants/pubs. Plan to park and walk everywhere! Just a short walk to Trout Run Trail which covers just about every terrain from hilly, rocky, switch backs to prairie farm land. The bathroom by the pool needs some maintenance but otherwise everything else was great.

It is fresh and redone. Great room. Still under some construction. Only 2 hangers in my room and no extra in the hotel. They did say rooms were being opened ahead of schedule which lead to the lack of hangers. In the nicest way I suggested have someone run to the store and get some. That is what I did because I did need them for my suite and shirts.

Great place to stay, especially if your doctoring at Mayo Clinic from out of town.

It was mostly excellent. The only slight concern I had was that the front entrance driveway was under construction, which was fine in itself. However, we arrived in the dark, and it was not clear or bright enough to say this is the actual entrance to the building. Make people feel welcome at the front door with brighter signs or something to ensure we were in the right place, was too dark, especially with the construction hazards, could've easily stepped off a sidewalk Crack or...
