"Overall was clan and staff was pleasant. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the sink was not draining so I called and they sent someone to fix it. After that, it drained better but later on the bathroom floor was flooded because the drain was now leaking under the sink. We called again but it was late so we thought we were going to be moved to a different room but didn’t co they were fully booked. It went on for the first 3 days of our 5 day stay. I didn’t get credit back when I told them I should get something for the inconvenience."

"We had a great stay at the AC Hotel. The location right next to the French Quarter allowed us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to be and the trolley was also very close and available for farther distances. The staff was very helpful to all of our needs and went out of their way to get answers to questions for us, and to help us out as we planned our visit to New Orleans. "

"Unfortunately for four of the five days we were there we only had tepid water. Each day we asked when it would be fixed. We were told on day 3 that we may need to let the water run a half an hour before getting into it. That didn't help. On the last day as we were leaving, we finally had hit water. The safe did not work in our room. The tv wiring was dismantled and we had to reassemble it. Water stains on nightstand from previous guests."

"The Westin NOLA is a beautiful hotel. Conveniently located near French Quarter and walking distance to major sightseeing points. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from the 11th floor lobby is spectacular. Our river view room was huge and felt new. "
