I travel frequently and usually stay at Hilton hotels, but staying at Ark Hotel was an unexpectedly wonderful experience far better than what I’ve received at many branded chains lately. A special thank you to the awesome supervisor Riad, who was the reason I initially booked the Hotel. And a heartfelt shoutout to Kiya and Jordan—they are the reason I kept extending my stay. I was only supposed to be there for two nights, but ended up staying much longer because they made me feel genuinely cared for, not just like another guest. I was hesitant at first, but I’m so glad I gave Ark a chance. The amenities are top-notch, the environment is safe and peaceful, and I haven’t slept this well in years—literally got a full 10 hours of rest, which never happens! Ark Hotel has truly raised the bar. I’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a hotel that truly understands hospitality. "
