Staff was super nice! Beds are SUPER comfy, the area is close to the city, but in a safe quiet spot, the underground is a very close walk, along with shops and dining! if you go I recommned trying some of the dining inside the Hotel as well! Overall great experiance!

Loved it apart from the bar was very expensive and didn't have great ambience. Location was fantastic so handy for the underground and lots of dining options in a walkable distance

In need of refurbishment and updates. sliding glass shower door was coming apart at its hinges and there were no USB charging points. Also, perhaps not their fault, I had no cell phone signal in the room.

Location has great views, located near two train stations and many pubs/restaurants — yet away from the city noise! Building is immaculate and the Lobby bar service is warm and friendly! Say hi to Nico and Sai behind the bar. They make great recommendations beyond their cocktails!

First we got one room with a very strong chemical smell, we went to the front desk talking to the customer service lady who signed the room to us and she changed our room without bad smell. The hotel location is terrific, it has a walking distance to many attractive places for visitors. We'd like to stay there again.

I have reserved the connecting rooms, however the hotel provided us the "Sweet room". The probrem is this "Sweet room"is smaller room than we have reserved. so, I have negotiated more than 1 hour to change room. The breakfast menu is same for 4 days. I will book other hotel when I visit the London next time.
