"Location great"

"We stopped for two nights on May day bank holiday and Tuesday to watch the Gary Barlow concert. This the third time we have stopped at the hotel in standard double room. We parked on the road outside for which is free. The room was clean, warm and spacious. We had breakfast which is good with plenty of choices. On the first night we had a three course meal in the hotel restaurant. It was excellent. On the first night we were watched the Entertainment in the hall next to the bar. Lee and Victoria were excellent. We really enjoyed it. We bought some drinks vouchers which worked out at £3 for a pint or gin n tonic. It is a good deal. Check in was quick and the staff really friendly. The staff were really nice in the bar and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return again. "

"Was awaken around 7am with loud noises coming from I presume the adjacent property. Otherwise all else was great. "

"Great customer service, lovely lady on reception I didn’t catch her name, was having nice conversation. Whole staff team were lovely. Loved the sofa in the room with footstool, nice not to have to sit on the bed all night. Great shower and the bed was soooo comfy"

"Always a good experience. 4th or 5th time we've stayed here. Always clean, Always friendly staff, central to everything, right next to Lime St Station, Car park next to it (first come first served), but we've never missed out. Food great and great choice in the restaurant. On site bar, good choice, good prices. 5*."
