"Beautiful hotel and the rooms were massive. My only complaint was that hotel guests have to pay £20 to use the swimming pool as it includes the whole spa experience, I just wanted a 20 minute swim before breakfast so wasn't prepared to pay £20 "

"Such a shame to score as only ok, as previously when staying at the Pullman we have really enjoyed everything about our stay and this time there were still positives but also some negatives sadly. Positives: warm welcome from all the staff team, lovely food in the restaurant and when I say lovely I really mean AMAZING. Great location, handy yet expensive ish parking (£18 overnight). Negatives: air con/heating didn’t work, no hot water for the shower, the room service breakfast was ice cold and really not worth the extra cost for room service as I’m guessing the breakfast was just picked from the buffet. Such a shame as the negatives left a sour taste and spoiled our otherwise top impression of the Pullman Liverpool."

"Great stay! Reception staff were fabulous! Courteous and extremely efficient, check in and check out was seamless! Hotel was spotless and lovely fresh smell everywhere. We requested extra towels as we were a party of four and only three sets had been supplied but they were delivered up to our room as soon as we'd requested. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Credit again to the great reception team. "

"Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me"

"Big room but the heating wasn’t working so the room was freezing cold, there was an oil radiator placed under the desk for us to use with a letter apologising left on the desk with a free snack and drink, this consisted of a coffee and some crisps. Apparently 50% of the hotels heating wasn’t working. I didn’t sleep at all as it was so cold. "
