"One of the best values I've ever had in a hotel. With all the food and drink, there was no reason to leave the property. Will definitely stay there again!"

"When I checked in, the front desk lady gave me a room that was not ready. The door to my room was wide open. Housekeeping lady was still changing the bedsheets and cleaning the room. I guess they do not communicate at the Greentree Hotel. And when I came back from a trip my room key would not open the door to my room. And for breakfast, the waffle machine was making my waffles raw, even though waffle maker did ring to let me know it was ready. I’ve stayed in this hotel numerous times in the past and never had any problems until this time. 😞"
