"Visiting for graduation. First, I would say the Customer service and attention given by front desk female agent and housekeeping was awesome. The male guest service agent needs some classes and observe how other agents provide great C.S. he's not friendly and lack basic C.S. The room we were given smelled of loud funky urine. However, we were properly accommodated. The rooms are roomy, the furniture could use updating and the pillows are uncomfortable. It's convenient to the interstate,...

"Hotel was in a good area, close to everything! Food and shopping. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Pretty clean and comfortable beds. The only complaint is the parking lot is kinda awkward and no awning to pull under. It was starting to rain when I arrived."
