"The property was old but had new carpet in halls and room. Upon checkin We had an issue with our room key not working. After having the front desk rekey it 3 times, the person at the desk came up and said the mechanism needed a new battery. He let us in our room using a master key. He said he would upgrade our rooom for us due to the trouble if one was available. We did not hear from him again. The battery was changed. We left for a wedding in the area and returned after 1230 am - only to go to our room and find our keys would not open our room door again. They were rekeyed again - again didn't work. We had to be let into our room again via master keys. This front desk person said we would probably get a credit - possibly credit our entire room charge - but when we left in the morning nothing was decided - he took our contact phone number - but at this time, we have not been contacted or given any credit."
