First class all the way. From the moment we arrived, the host was ready to receive us with a friendly smile. She gave us the rundown of the property and everything we needed to know. The room was updated and very clean. Delicious complementary coffee and tea. The hot spring was delightful and charming. I definitely recommend the Hoosier for your trip.

Off the grid—we love that. Love the southwest theme. Had dinner and breakfast—sooo good Great experience!

Wonderful experience, with 3 bath soaks over a two day period. Wonderful, pleasant staff

Hotel rooms, lobby, and bar outstanding. Restaurant was not good, very slow, food was over the top funky. Not good and way over priced. Service extremely slow.

Beds very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic

Upon arrival, the employee on duty was AWESOME. I did not get his name but was courteous, genuine, and inviting. I hope Hilton researches this employee and recognizes his skills and actions. As for the room and property, there are no complaints. Everything was perfect, to include breakfast, fitness center, and cleanliness. Will definitely come back!

The front office people were super nice. I was a little put off by there not being an AC unit. It got to almost 80 my first day and it was hot. The fans they provided helped but it was a little loud. A mounted ceiling fan would do wonders.

Breakfast can be better

Very nice place ! New room, comfortable bed , excellent place to stay ! Will definitely stay there again in the future 😊

Pitstop between traveling from Texas to Arizona. Clean room. Nice breakfast buffet. Hotel desk clerk gave a good recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. Try Irma's if you want some good green chile.

Great location for visiting the Bosque del Apache wild life refuge...

Loved the large size of the room. Shower had great pressure. Nice temperature inside. Comfortable bed.

I stay in las cruces often for work and jump around most hotels just to change things up. This is by far the best one, so far, i have stayed at. Its a bit pricey but its worth it. The room was spacious, VERY clean..i mean it didnt seem like anything was missed. It was not outdated or even have a crack in the tile. My bath tub was a huge whirlpool tub that could fit 2 people easily. It was so nice to use after a long day at work. Ive stayed at other hilton properties in town and they didnt...

The service was great and location was perfect

Staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and fast to check us in. The room was extremely nice and very clean. The bed was stupendous not much of view but the all the amenities were well worth it.

My first room had a dog odor. My rooms was changed and it smell very fresh. Other than that I had a very Good stay. I really don’t think dogs should be allowed in hotels. Some people are allergic to animals.

The property was nice. The beds are nice. Very comfortable place to stay great breakfast. The only problem I had was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that great stay, I’ll stay again. Thank you.

I've stayed there a few times. It's always nice and with a lot of attention to detail. I love the onsite dining. They could improve things even more with a dedicated bellman and maybe even valet parking
