"The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay."

"The company who manages this property ‘Sykes’ is not doing this well, the bathroom is full of mould. Poor quality towels. Kitchen appliances difficult to use, and some kitchen essentials missing. When I contacted Sykes they ignored by contact request. Cottage is extremely visable from outside in, poor window screening. But it is in a great location and accessible to the town/amenities. "

"Excellent position. Facilities in the apartment very good. Comfortable, spacious. Parking spot very useful as were the two entrances. Could have been cleaner."

"The property was as described, great location and check in was good. We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient. The main problem was that despite it being in the middle of a heat wave the back bedroom window was locked with no key available and the water heater was in the same room so it was even warmer than it would have been. A fan would have made a big difference. It was a sweet property but could have been improved with a little attention to detail."
