"The ART INN is located on the route of the 3/4 bus route with a stop close by so it's easy to reach from central Seattle. Access is by phone app which I had some difficulties with as the key code would not initially download and is only accessible after 3pm on the day of arrival. Unlocking of the door to the room was very very slow so hang on until it unlocks. The room and bed were comfortable but when I took a shower at 1030pm the water was only just at body temperature and thus not pleasant. I...

"The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!"

"I have a lot to say. First! The view is AMAZING. Our kids saw 2 Eagles on our first day. They have an Amazing water view from the master bedroom. A huge yard for our kids to play and run around, a trampoline and also pool table, puzzles and many more fun game activities there. Our kids loved the sea and have time to go down to the beach and picked shells. A lot of beds and sofa beds provided for our big family to sleep in. We loved it."

As I booked this hotel on a whim of the reviews and the price, wasn’t terrible for 4 nights we definitely felt welcomed and thankful for this hotel in Renton, plus when we got there they had fresh baked cookies and they had them everyday! "Roomy suite with comfortable bed and all amenities working. Needs freshening up: dirty carpets in hallways, frayed carpet in room. Breakfast was lackluster: packaged muffins and bagels and a bowl of fruit!"
