"The really nice staff made us feel very welcome. If you're a good walker, you can walk to the Cita' Alta from the hotel. The rooms are bright, airy, and clean. Nice decor too. We had a room over the street, but the solid windows kept car traffic noise to a minimum. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel."

Også proceduren ved oplåsning af værelset var mangelfuld og krævede en opringning.
