"The room was clean and comfortable. However for a 5* hotel you expect things to be kept up tomspec. Instead the room was falling apart with rust around the bath, plastic peeling off the shower and ripped furnishings. It's also disappointing to know there is a pool but it costs an additional 20 euros per person per use."

"Fourth time we have stayed there over the years, it is convenient for the bridge across to Bilbao port and offers a good range of local ameities nearby providing you can find somewhere convenient to park. We could not get the air con / fan working that evening. They have upgraded the rooms compared to the previous visits and the picture accurately shows the view we had. The improvement work continues and IT IS NO ANSWER TO SAY IN SPAIN BUILDERS ARE ALLOWED TO START AS EARLY AS 8:00 WHEN WORKING IN A BUILDING.
