"This house is new, well laid out, on a beautiful beach, with a great deck and pool. My neighbor has already reserved it for two weeks during the summer. It has a great Sonos sound system both indoors and out. If you stay here you may never want to leave. "

"James place, the ground floor apartment of Lo Key Cottage was just about perfect for us. Easy communication. Great price. SUPER clean. Plus, that fantastic screened in porch, a huge very comfortable couch, ample linens and towels, and actually comfortable beds. The location is insane. Quiet and basically in the shores of Coco Bay where’s it’s easy to make friends with stingrays and sea turtles. Absolutely gorgeous. If the only things missing are pepper and towel racks, that’s hardly anything. We’d totally stay there again, though we’d hope for upstairs neighbors with a lighter step;)Five out of five stars. Easily. High recommend!!!"

"Cute bungalow a block from beach. Large rooms, 3 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. Lovely, large yard. Safe parking for golf cart with nearby hose for cleaning off snorkeling gear. Short drive to Plymouth or to north side of island. David and Rosa were always quick with their replies and helpful. We will be back!!"

"We came across by boat and met the wives and kids. The owners were very responsive and very flexible with our travel days due to the weather and crossing. Ruth was very helpful and also very responsive. Everyone was just pleasant to work with. Always love GTC and can’t wait to go back. "

"House is in amazing location, reef 75 yards off beach is one off the most vibrant reefs we’ve seen. House is in ideal location. Short golf cart ride to town. Super safe. Kelly the host is amazing. Could not be more helpful. Rex and Omri made getting to the property seemless. Golf carts That we rented where waiting for us when we arrived. Anything we needed was provided. It was paradise. If you like snorkeling and beaches then this is your happy place. A few steps to get there but more than worth it.we will be back!!!!! "

"This was the perfect house for us! Two bedrooms but they are huge and each has their own bathroom. One bedroom could fit four single beds and a queen and still have room to walk and put suitcases! There is also a third bathroom downstairs that has a shower as well. I would recommend staying here! :) "
