"Wonderful secluded cabin in the woods with everything you need.Was visited by a mother Doe and fawn two times and had a Blue Heron land in the pond.Air conditioning units lower and upper were nice for sleeping.Plenty of floats for the pond and sand toys and squirt guns for the kids.I have a 4 and 3 year old and the sand beach was absolutely perfect for them.Kids enjoyed fishing and caught lots of pan fish and also caught tad poles.Not a far drive to surrounding towns, also enjoyed hiking at Black River Falls State Forest.Would recommend to anyone that wants a quiet secluded vacation. "

"They were super accommodating when I accidentally booked for the wrong day, and they let me change my date at the last minute. My room was clean and quiet, and everything was super comfortable! My only complaint is that some of the stuff was a little worn down. The bathroom door was old and hard to close, and there were loose tiles in the bathroom, but otherwise very good experience! "

"My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional. Additionally, I asked the hotel clerk if I could possibly extend my stay one additional day. At first he said the price of the additional night would be $116.00.
