"Modern, clean and well equipped property with added bonus of secure parking for car and bikes. Comms with host were excellent with quick responses to any queries and worthy recommendations of places to eat. Apartment was however very warm in the summer sunshine and being close to a busy road meant that sleeping with windows open was difficult - luckily we had packed earplugs! A little further from the centre of Friedrichshafen that we had imagined, but cycle routes made journey to the centre...

"So clean, kitchen well equipped, setting is charming. In town but nearly surrounded by apple orchards. The hosts spoke English and were very welcoming and helpful. One afternoon we enjoyed the patio. Lovely area to walk, very convenient to bus stop when you want to visit Lindau Island. Parking for our car. Highly recommend."

"Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Für zwei Erwachsene optimal, für einen Erwachsenen und ein Kind in Ordnung, da wir getrennte Schlafplätze hatten. Dadurch fiel aber die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer weg (Schlafsofa), da hätten wir uns einen zweiten Fernsehstuhl und einen größeren Tisch gewünscht. "Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, Einrichtung war zweckmäßig.Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Jedoch war der Balkon sehr ungepflegt. auch die Sauberkeit in der Dusche war nicht gut. Der Duschkopf mit Klebeband notdürftig repariert? Schade!"

"Wir waren begeistert von der Ferienwohnung. Alles was man zB im Küchenbereich benötigte war vorhanden, es war sehr sauber, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich . Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar , sehr freundlich und haben sich Zeit genommen uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Dornbirn zu geben. Beide Übergaben des Schlüssels gingen völlig unkompliziert. "Great location ,and short walk to Dornbirn. The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need. The only thing is the noise from traffic,however if you shut all windows and blinds it's not a problem. Also underground carpark great. "Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. "Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay. "
