"We had a very enjoyable stay and a great overall experience. The staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive to detail. The manager was always present and made a point of asking how we were doing, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, with a very generous selection, especially of pastries and sweet options. My only suggestion would be to add a little more variety for guests who prefer savoury food in the morning. The team making the coffee also did a fantastic job — the coffee was superb! The room was cleaned extremely well every day, with fresh bed linen and towels. We also really appreciated having fresh pool towels available every day. The swimming pools and the hotel grounds were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, a very good experience. A big thank you and well done to the entire team!"

"Great place, great location. We would have given it a 5 STAR rating if it was not for a very rude night desk clerk who was very unhelpful and disrespectful to both me and my wife any time we attempted to seek help from him. We tried to avoid him whenever possible. All the other workers were very nice and the property was very nice."

"Very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend. Best 5 star hotel on our italy trip. My family loved it. They had a 5 percent "discretionary" tip added to my bill which came as a surprise. I like to tip myself, which i did while i was there. I asked them ti remove it and they did. Ive stsyed at olenty of places thst have a service fee, which i don't have a problem with as long as its clearly stated before i check in. That 5 percent left a bad taste being the very last thing you experience at this beautful property."

"Little gem of a hotel, beautiful views, bus right outside down to Casamicciola where you can get a variety of buses around the island. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was tasty, lunch/dinner also available and good value. Nice pool and thermal baths/sauna. Good little bar for snacks and drinks. Highly recommend this hotel for a calm stay just a way up the hill from Casamicciola and Lacco Ameno."

"I almost didn’t want to review this hotel so I could keep it a secret! It is paradise on earth. Nestled at the top of a hill with stunning views and a number of thermal baths this was truly a place to recharge and take a break from the world. With a spa, fitness room, and a wonderful bar and restaurant you need not travel anywhere once you arrive. If you prefer there is a free shuttle to take you back and forth from the town square below. They also have a private beach club arranged if you would like a swim in the ocean. We could always find our very own secluded spot amongst the pools. A little paradise on earth is not an overstatement."

"The property is right off the main road which is convenient. It is in the commune of Lecco Ameno which is very small and it is walkable everywhere. Walking distance to the ferry pier is 10-20 minutes. Everything was fine for a short stay. The only thing is that there is a 'dance night' in the week where loud music went on until 11pm."
