"When i booked i didn't realise how close it was to the A1, so was a bit worried about traffic noise when i found out, as it turned out i didn't need to, the rooms were located to the back of the property and you couldn't hear anything. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was spot on."

"Quiet location but only 20 mins to Berwick upon Tweed with Holy Island, Bamburgh and Alnwick within easy reach. Bedroom was huge with a comfy bed. Staff were pleasant. Good choice for breakfast and their evening meals were excellent. Restaurant gets very busy so its advisable to book a table. "
