"Hotel was clean. Linens were clean. Although we were on the first floor right beside an entrance/exit it was very quiet. Staff was kind. Despite noting how many people were staying in the room when making the reservation, we still had to go to the front desk to ask for additional bedding. Excellence would have provided the linens prior to check in. Toilet was backed up first thing in the morning. We didn’t have the time to stay out of the bathroom for staff to fix it so we had to use the lobby bathroom for toilet needs while others were using the room sink and mirror. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. Not a helpful time for travelers passing through and needing an early start. Stay was good overall, just a few minor hiccups. We’d stay again."
