Hotel - Zum goldenen Stern

Unterspreewald

10/10 Excellent

This property resonated with the old German charm I was hoping to encounter during our summer trip to Germany! The rooms were all different and comfortable, and the dining room and great hall / game room areas were perfect for our group of 13 to hang out and have a few drinks while the kids playing a couple of games of pool. The host, Alex, was wonderful to talk with and contributed to the overall welcoming experience we all had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering...

Strandhotel Senftenberger See

Can’t speak for all parts of the hotel but if the 2 story buildings are anything like the 1 story 5 unit building we stayed in, this is a great place to stay in. Street view side of the building is misleading and a really nice hotel with attached restaurant. Only negative is housekeeping didn’t make the beds every day and missing shower mat towel several days of our 4 day stay. Used the bikes they have to make a tour around the lake.

ADAPT APARTMENT HOTEL Berlin-Adlershof

Treptow-Köpenick

10/10 Excellent

Had a really pleasant stay at this apartment hotel. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived, It's only a 6-minute walk to the nearest S-Bahn station, which made getting around the city very easy and convenient. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had complete cookware, so we could prepare our own meals without any issues ,pots, pans, utensils, plates, the works. Overall, a comfortable, practical, and well-maintained option. Would happily stay...

Port Inn Hotel Eichwalde

Eichwalde

10/10 Excellent

Eichwalde is a quiet, residential town. I was planning a couple of long days at DESY-Zeuthen, one S-Bahn stop south of Eichwalde (or a nice 45 minute walk). I typically stay in Berlin proper, but wanted to give this a try. Anyway, I had a small, but very nice, single room. Checked in late via the intercom and key lock-box. I had a German speaker with me, but it seems likely it would have worked in any case. Breakfast was quiet, food and coffee were excellent.
