Welcome to our enchanting turn-of-the-century home in the quiet, quaint town of Spring City. Sitting on over an acre next to the 165-year-old rock jailhouse (still intact!), this unique 130-year-old cottage offers authentic charm and modern comfort for your Central Utah getaway.
The Space:
This spacious home features 4 bedrooms including a large loft with 5 beds, a cozy living room, and a generous kitchen—plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and relax.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12-14):
• Sarah`s Room: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Claire`s Alfred Owl Room: Double bed (sleeps 2)
• Two Sister`s Hideout: Queen bed + twin bed (sleeps 3)
• The Loft: 5 twin beds, 2 fold-out sleepers (sleeps 5-7)
Bed linens and bath towels provided for all guests.
About the Bathroom:
For over 60 years, large families used the existing outhouse and wash tub. A pink bathtub was added around 1950, followed by a toilet and small sink a few years later. Today, you get to experience this piece of history as it has been for the past 70+ years - a charming reminder of simpler times.

Expansive grounds perfect for parking, yard games, and gatherings. RV-friendly with dedicated parking space, full hookups, and sewer connection available (additional fees apply to cover power, water, and sewer expenses).

You`ll receive a message with a link to our Welcome Guide 5 days before arrival. The guide includes home information, directions, WiFi details, and complete check-in/check-out instructions. Please fill out the required pre-check form in the Welcome Guide to confirm your stay. Once completed, we`ll send door codes to your inbox.

Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in Spring City. However, the home sits just 2 blocks east of Main Street with easy access to and from Highway 89 and 2 blocks south of Canyon Road.
