"The staff is very friendly however, this hotel is a bit run down to to be a Holiday Inn. This is probably one of their dirtiest locations."

"Arrived at 9:00 and there was no agent available to check us in. The gate to the window was locked and we have to call the 800 number so that someone will come check us in. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for someone to help assist us and other guests that were waiting."

We heard slams each and every time someone went through that door, it was annoying to say the least. Staff was kind and place was clean, but it didn't feel like a 9/10 experience. Bed was meh, pillows were awful, and the noise from outside my room was unbearable. This hotel is overrated to say the least."
