"The pool was like an ice box and the hot tub was down, the fridge didn’t work, there was men’s pee on the back of the toilet in our room, we asked for extra towels the front desk person gave us wet ones, the breakfast was limited and wasn’t even hot, and the ice machine was down."

"Love the location – close to Wayzata and easily accessible to downtown Minneapolis and Lake Minnetonka communities. Thoughtful touches from the host from treats at arrival to toiletries in the bathrooms. Ample linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms and well-appointed laundry facilities. JJ and her team were very responsive and gracious when we connected with them and were reachable via text and phone. Would rent from Roxy Rentals again!"

"Beautiful home in a great setting. Quiet neighborhood close to anything you need. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Host even had shampoo, toothpaste, makeup remover sheets and more for us to use. Check out process was the simplest I’ve ever experienced. Host was very responsive to questions. Only complaint was the cleanliness could be better. Most of the house was very clean, but a few places seem to have been missed. Also, heavily fragranced when we got there. Aired it out a bit and that helped. "
