"We stopped in Dayton with our RV and they had ample parking available which was one of the main reasons for us selecting the hotel. Additionally, they were pet-friendly which was a necessity. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean (we had a King Suite). The breakfast was super convenient and perfect for our kids to eat before hitting the road. We didn’t get to take advantage of the complimentary happy drinks/snacks but the idea of it is pretty awesome! Would definitely stay here again. "

"The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are both excellent and the location is very good, at the University of Dayton. However, the walls of my room are very thin. I could hear every word coming from the TV in the next room. Also, the hallway carpet looks old and tired. It is clearly coming loose in several stretches of the hallway. "

"Some of the physical facilities are a bit dated, but everything was clean and the staff members that we met were all incredible. We will be happy to return on our next trip."
