"The shuttle was very easy to use, and we had good meals in the restaurant. The pool area was never in the sun so we didn't use it. There was construction going on in the hotel but it didn't bother us at all as it was only a bit noisy in the afternoon."

The restaurant is great, food was fantastic, and the support we received for the conference was exceptional. I’d definitely stay at Birchwood again if u return to South Africa"
