"The room was nice and clean until we pulled out the couch bed and noticed it was full of crumbs! Of course it was past 10pm no one was available brought the kids to the pool it was mediocre but the jacuzzi was filthy and the jets did not work all in all the stay was quite disappointing "

There were teams staying there, and the children were running and screaming for hours! Beginning at 7am. Nobody did anything about it. Will not stay there again. Again the staff were very nice! Not their fault the place is not kept up, it’s old but doesn’t have to be that bad. Not happy "

"The staff are fantastic! They provided a suite when we inquired about an upgrade and made our stay a lot better. They also allowed us to check out later even though they were fully booked. The hotel could use a renovation but the state of our room and the facility is great. It’s obvious they work hard to keep it clean. Overall, it was a great stay! "

Anywhere you look the wallpaper was peeling, towels were filthy, and the topper, there was a massive blood stain on the floor of my room. These people are dirty and do not care about cleanliness whatsoever. Take a wild guess"
