"Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."

The kitchen equipment was limited for self catering and the wet rooms needed a little TLC due to use over time but nothing major. The location for Widemouth Bay and Bude (approx. 10min drive to Bude) was perfect. Being on a working farm added to the charm of the location and it was nice to be able to walk around.
