"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "

"Lovely reception staff good for parking was great until some drunk I think a friend off staff was outside ( under my window) shouting swearing being obnoxious location is great and a good breakfast "
