"They stay was great the only thing was front desk lady she was so rude and disrespectful didn’t give me a chance to speak it was almost as we was being profile for being there like if I had no money guess because I was a Latina would I come back if that lady isn’t there sure I’ll come back 1000 times but that lady is disrespectful she shouldn’t be dealing with anyone if she’s races!"

"Great location, comfortable and very clean hotel. Near everything in Midtown for Business and Pleasure. Well located for Public Transit to anywhere in Manhattan. The hotel is HUGE! Not very personal and you rarely if ever interact with a human, but it all works very efficiently and I had a great stay"

"Cozy quarters perfect for a mid-week business trip. My only "complaint" is that for such a compact space, the A/C had a hard time holding steady and I fluctuated between too warm and just right more frequently than I'd like. But I'd stay here again!"

"The smart efficient design of the cozy room made the small NYC-sized room seem larger. We had a king view room that had a panoramic vista of lower Manhattan and Jersey, so nice day or night. The only down side was the strange smelling toiletries, mint and something else. Not our favorite, but our stay was otherwise wonderful. Oh, and coffee in the morning would have been a nice extra. A great stay in a great city. Recommend Motto!"
