"There was no Soap for the shower First thing I requested to refill the container or give a bar of soap. By checkout still no soap for shower. Expedia said I get two free waters. Apparently it is keeping the soap friendly someplace. Best of all on checking in (and buying a non refundable ticket) for shuttle service and old town trolley I wa assured my small dog could come. The shuttle driver refused let us go because not a SERVICE dog. Dog friendly hotel didn’t seem to know that. BTW news to me because I have taken dogs before. "

"I liked the location of the property as it was only feet away from to the hop off hoop on tram stop. it also had a few good restaurants within easy walking distance.The room was clean & the staff accommodating.I stayed there twice in 2 weeks and my only complaint was the office chairs could not be adjusted and were too low to be of use and the ac made the rooms smell a bit musty."

"The bed is not pillow topped as described, the shower floor was cracked and can cause injury. Shower floor is incredibly slick while dry, and even worse when wet. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, the toilet was not secured to the floor, we did not get a snack box as it says we would for a premium room. "
