"Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome."

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!"

"It was adequate. Staff helpful with early arrival. Room size and amenities were nice, though the carpet could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was average at best, and the floor in the area being so sticky and gross didn’t help. Music across the street very loud into the middle of the night making it impossible to sleep. Called the front desk three times to ask for assistance and maybe there was another room. No one ever answered my call. And don’t rely on a wake up call... fortunately I was awake...

"Check in staff was fantastic. Katherine (I think, could be off with the name) was very helpful and even told us about a festival that was going on that night. We took her advice and ended up really enjoying ourselves. Thanks! The room itself was comfortable, clean, and in a really good location to walk around the city and the Walls. Would definitely stay again!"

"Recently refurbished and looking great. The reception staff on check were very professional and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The bar/restaurant was very busy on Sunday early evening and was a bit confusing as to how to order food. When it came the food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. The breakfast was a bit odd, eaten in the restaurant and had to wait quite a few minutes before a member of staff arrived to book us in. However, the buffet was in an adjoining...

"It felt like we were staying in a bachelor pad. There was mold in the bathroom and the linens and towels were nubby and stained. We were unable to get hot water and checked out a day early."

"TLC needed, stay was ok at best information in room requires updating. No iPad in room to check in, but states check in on iPad. Not the cleanest stain on head board, dusty in many areas, inside draws need cleaning. "
