"Great hotel, fantastic location right on the main square, couldn’t fault it, only one small gripe in that the bath plug didn’t work and the bath water drained away, great shower but a bath would have been nice too "

"Hotel is ideally located…. Couldn’t be better placed… it’s clean and sharp looking. We had limited interaction with staff and they are v good. Bed wasn’t very comfy… restless sleep …. probably the pillows. Anyway overall it was very good. Thanks "

"Very convenient for the bus stop to the airport and attractions along the Vistula, including the Ferris Wheel and tethered Balloon. A short and inexpensive tram ride to the old city and Station. Beds were comfortable and spacious, the staff were efficient and friendly. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel which we used as a family of three for a long weekend. "

"Laundry is not in your room as expected it’s on another floor. We didn’t use it. I had assumed the washer dryer was in the room. The lift/elevator was out order so 6 flights of stairs every time you came in or went out. Seems the elevator is always out of order. I would however stay here again."
