"Arrived only to find the hotel rooms did not look like the photos at all. They must have been from another hotel. Even the lobby photos were different. The bedspreads were cheap and ugly, carpet was old and room was stinky.Our room had some kind of bugs, like mites. They were crawling on this sink, the bathtub and window sill. We immediately left. I went across the street to the Super 8. They just had a million dollare remodel by Wyndham, it was gorgeous.."

"I understand it's supply and demand and I scheduled on a Thursday night for the weekend, but for $280 per night, you would think they could at least afford a TV and WIFI. "Our family had the best time staying at Bear River Hot Springs! The rooms were clean, and had everything we needed to prepare our food, clean our clothes, and entertain ourselves (they had ping pong in the living room, as well as air hockey, puzzles, Kub, etc.). The hot springs/pools were perfect for everyone in our family - from our 6-year-old to our 48-year-old!
