"Check in was easy and staff very friendly. I would suggest maybe someone to be available to help guests get to the rooms. I was in lounge and many people walked in, turned around, came back, etc. Only being there a couple hours I ended up helping many people get to where they needed to be. Ashley and Allison from Skyline were incredibly nice and a joy to be around. One suggestion is to have Miller Light bottles available. Another suggestion would be to have more TVs available especially during the NFL season. While in Skyline we also received a complimentary desert delicacy dish from the staff which was very nice. Trolley driver was very informative and made our trip enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful time!"

"No pool time for me it being October. I came to meet up with friends the next day at Oglebayfest in Wheeling, and found this hotel quite handy. I grew up in the valley even though I live 3 hours away now. I remember when it was a Holiday Inn. Not sure if you get the customer traffic to support this thought, but the site does look a little outdated, although nice and clean. The Front desk people were efficient and friendly/helpful. The door insert card to open the hotel room door (I've used them or some like them all over the world) was a pain in the ass. Numerous attempts before it clicked. The bed was comfortable, the bath area was clean and stocked. It was a nice stay. The blueberry muffins and yogurt for breakfast were tasty. "
