"Excellent although very small and NO KETTLE in the room"

"The fire alarm rang on the morning 08:00 of the 24th for forever, no announcements or guidance from hotel staff. Air conditioning was broken during our entire 3 night stay and we were told just as the receptionist handed us the keys, a bit late to also mention that there will be heavy construction drilling from 08:30-17:00 hrs, Add insult to injury there was no hot water from the 24th of July through our departure on the morning of the 25th. This was a severe hardship as we had a long journey...

"I liked that the room was very equipped, everything in excellent state. Good taste in design. I only noticed that the room seems to trap moisture, I wish it felt more dry. Besides the air conditioning, I believe the room should have a dehumidifying system. Oh, and I would also add having a full top to bottom mirror… that would make the room top-notch."

"Location Location Location! Just above Tower Hill tube station with views to Tower of London to die for. If you don't want to pay for a room with a view then visit the rooftop bar."
