"It was lovely everything is there for a great holiday"

"We arrived by car very late, check in was no problem. The next morning we discovered that the house was only a 3 min walk to the white sand beach. Phantastic landscape and beach in Hayle, Cornwall. The house was very clean with modern appliances. Andy was a great host. Thanks for this wonderful vacation."

"House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. It lacked a highchair but was promptly brought to us when we queried. The Tolroy manor was great as a whole, lovely food and drinks, some entertainment for the kids, although we went slightly out of peak season so live entertainment hadn't started yet. Staff were all very friendly. Overall, we would stay again, it's a fantastic location to visit many attractions fairly locally. Thank you for having us!"

"Only drawback really was it opens onto a busy-ish road. Parking nearby on Station Hill was fine (make sure your handbrake works). One or two little niggles sorted out quickly by the property manager Alex (thanks Alex!)"

"The property is perfect for a family group. There’s plenty of communal space in the living/dining/kitchen area, but also privacy in the respective bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and the view across the harbour is fantastic. 5 mins from Gwithian Beach, 5 mins from the St Erth to St Ives train line and 5 mins from the A30. Would recommend, and already have!"

"Lacks some kitchen equipment. Frying pans. Lemon squeezer tea strainer. BBQ tongs. Lacks a garden table to eat from. Only coffee tables. Found the garden umbrella in the garage on the last day. Would have been useful to know this earlier. The mattresses on the twin beds in the loft need upgrading. They are very uncomfortable. All 3 bathrooms need toilet roll holders. Odd not to have them?. No where outside to dry costumes & towels without taking the airier out _ & then there is no room to sit....

"This property is ideal for two families/large family with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs. The living accommodation is on the central floor. Beautiful view from two floors, well equipped and good sized rooms. Town and beach within walking distance. Parking at the property is easy. The main points with this holiday home are the balconies and fantastic view, enjoy the view at breakfast time and lovely to relax on after a busy day."
