That was our first time stay at the Las Palmas Resort. We appreciated having access to a lap pool in particular. Wonderful view from the condo! We had a comfortable stay, a good place to go back to after exploring interesting sites, in such close proximity, including National and State Parks. Thank you for sharing your condominium!

The property is fine for a short stay. It could use some updates. There was no corkscrew. We had to go buy one. The bed was comfy and the views out back very nice.

The property is a great choice to visit St George and area. We appreciated the extra towels, blankets etc including beach towels. The location is superb to easily get to any activity and it is a top location in the Las Palmas condo resort with a lovely patio, gorgeous view and in a quiet spot at the end of the condo block. We always love the waterfall and family pools with palm trees and shade. Owner was quick to respond to our one issue.

Loved the location and the pools. The condo itself is outdated and lacks kitchen amenities. Not enough eating utensils and access to the bathroom from the bedroom was limited. Not enough towel racks in the bathroom. It smells stale when you walk in the door. Very disappointed when the internet stopped working and even though my husband is tech savvy he was not able to get it going again.

My wife and I used this property & location for our trip to Zion National Park. The property is fine; everything works, king size bed is very comfortable and the location was quiet. We made breakfast and ate dinner there every evening, and while the BBQ grill was great, the kitchen could be better supplied with additional cooking pots/pans and new cutlery. We walked over to the indoor pool/hot tub area, which looked fantastic, but the one working hot tub was so filthy we did not get in. This certainly isn’t the property owners fault, but one of the things we look forward to after a full day of hiking. Overall, we would return, especially as competitive as our nightly rate was.

Lovely, clean condo. And the best amenities. My kids loved the pools and playground. Also, it wasn’t shown in the photos, but the owner has upgraded the bed to a very comfy king size and the tv is larger than that pictured. It was a wonderful place to stay, and we plan to book here again on our next trip!

This was a nice property. We love staying in Las Palmas because of all of the amenities. The condo was nice. Some things were a bit outdated (microwave, cabinets), but it was clean and we had everything we needed. It was nice to be ground-level and there were great views!
