Desert Cool is a 1812 sq. foot, 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom luxury villa fully furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen smart HDTVs in each bedroom, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet, private, and feature beds with high quality mattresses ensuring you will get a great night sleep.

Desert Cool is located just minutes away from Tuacahn, as well as a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, and world-famous rock climbing and rappelling.

Whether you prefer steaks, chicken, hamburgers or brats, the Weber Pro Series natural gas grill situated on the rear patio is sure to be a hit. Dual 40-gallon water heaters ensure you will never be left with a cold shower. This is a non-smoking unit.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it met all our needs but wasn’t our favorite. We stay in St George every year and always love having a place where friends can gather. It met our price point and the number of rooms we needed. The property was clean and comfortable and the few issues we had were quickly corrected by the property manager. We’d stay here again in the future. They do need to have a tub mat in the upstairs bathroom, the tub can get very slippery when someone is showering

This is our second time staying in a condo at the Ledges. Both have been great. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We love being a little ways out of town and close to Snow Canyon and the outdoors.

Beautiful property, clean and well equipped, close to the pool. We loved the massage chair. A couple of suggestions to make it 5 star+: couch with recliners, add fire ring on upstairs patio and make the back sliding glass door easier to open. Other than that, it was perfect!

The owner was easy to work with and the whole process was easy from booking the condo, to payment, to getting the access code. We utilized the pool several times during our stay and it was so nice. The condo even had towels for us to take to the pool. The only suggestion I would have is to have a larger coffee pot. It was not sufficient for the guests we had there. Other than that, this place is awesome. We went to Tuachan all 3 nights we stayed and this was the perfect location. We will definitely be booking this place again. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a spacious, clean and fun place to stay!
