"Very quiet stay, very friendly at check in. Some of the surfaces in the room had sticky stuff on them, shower curtain was torn, there was a hole in the wall next to the bed where an outlet had been removed. Decent, not terrible but nowhere near the over 8 rating it had on Orbitz. I wonder if the management or ownership changed?"

"I was greeted like I was a friend. She asked me about my reservation and offered an alternative on the first floor with parking right outside the room. As a 73 year old solo traveler, considerations like that are gifts from heaven. "

"Great place. Extremely quiet and secure parking. Staff was great and clean rooms with very comfortable beds"

"Great location and fantastic breakfast. I stayed here last year when they were deep in a total renovation and the upgrades are really n8ce for the price. Problem this time was lack of insulation around the door especially at the bottom, with a half inch gap clearly visible. Ended up with several flying roaches making a visit. While there is a lot to like with this hotel, i may have to look for another stop in the future. "

"The room was outdated and there was construction going on outside of our room first thing in the am. The windows were covered with plastic. And the pool was closed even though it was noted it was open and available to use. Thankfully the holiday Inn next door allowed the kids to swim there for a bit to blow off some pent up energy from the long travel. Beds were rock hard."

"Hotel conveniently located. Seemed new. Staff courteous and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast but the coffee was very good. "

"This Best Western, while nothin fancy, is definitely a cut above other highway motels. It has everything a weary traveler could want. Really comfortable bed, a clean, decent sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and a decent breakfast with fresh fruit. It also has a good sized heated outdoor pool. There is even a good seafood restaurant right next door. Good value for the money."
