The living room includes comfortable couches and chairs, and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large patio overlooking the Bloomington Country Club and Pool. The balcony features patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.


* Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and absolutely willing to consider - pet fee may apply for larger/additional dogs. Please send us a message. We are happy to help!

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of a section of the cabinets in the laundry room. There are NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.
Other things to note
The pool will be heated and open from President's Day thru Thanksgiving weekend. The spa will be heated and open year round.

President's Day weekend - April 15th: 10am-9pm
April 16th - Labor Day: 9am - 9pm
After Labor Day - Thanksgiving weekend: 10am-9pm

--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
