"The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The restaurant staff were also attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel’s location is beautiful, and the outdoor ambiance is outstanding, making it a wonderful place to relax. My only suggestion for improvement is that the indoor pool could be better maintained and receive more attention. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel."
