Benefiting from two good-sized bedrooms, a double with en-suite and a twin, the apartment has a separate family shower room too. The large light-filled living area has a fully equipped kitchen and dining space plus a well-thought out lounge area with access to the balcony. With a dedicated parking space for 1 car is a bonus!

Open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room: a bright open plan area with dining table for 6 guests, modern kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Single door leading to a private balcony with sea glimpses. Two comfortable settees plus Smart 42” TV. Double doors with a Juliette balcony with views across the rooftops of St Ives and sea views.
