"We stayed for 2 nights to attend concerts at the O2 and Tottenham Stadium. Super convenient for both. The hotel & room was lovely. Only thing we’d change was the length of the bed. It was noticeably short. I am 5’8” and my feet hung off the end. My husband is 6’5” and had no chance! Not unusual for him to have feet right at the bottom, but I don’t normally have that issue. The bed itself was very comfy and lovely bedding, linens, towels etc., so this is a minor point, but it might put us off...

"Great hotel but there were a few disappointments. The room we were placed in was beaten up in places (in the bathroom the wall was completely dinged up and falling apart). We requested a different room and were placed in a smaller room but there was no adjustment to the cost. "

"Enjoyed our stay overall. 4/5 A few “niggles”.. staff were good but missed out on opportunities other hotels offer such as taking bags to room, showing you features and how they work in the room; the steam room option in the shower didn’t work, and we had a bit of a sleepless night as we didn’t know how to turn off the dressing room light.. plus the noise from the extractor outside. There was no restaurant option on Sunday, but that wasn’t a problem as we strolled up to The Wolseley....

"Perfect location for all the sights and sounds of London city. Try the roof top bar with views down to Trafalgar Square. Watch out for the drinks prices though (£35 for 2 G&Ts).."
