"Location is excellent but mattress is terrible. The mattress was like a slide, it was very worn out. Requested the hotel not to enter my room, and they entered it twice every day without my consentment due maintenance issues, plumbing, sewage, leaks, …. I never reported an issue, but they had an excuse to enter it. Maintenance team went inside my bathroom
and closed the door and never saw any repairs. The first day they left a mess in my bathroom, second day they left the shower sewage open, I complained about that, and the maintenance guy told me I could close it. It is not my job to do their job. Restaurant high tea time pretty expensive for the quality. I would not recommend it. Requested two time helps with taxi, they ignored me “ go outside and find it yourself” Manager told me due maintenance issues, she was going to process a partial refund for compensation, never did. Not the worst, not the best. The day I left they did not want to print the confirmation my account/ expenses account was closed. They had a voucher open and did not wanted to print a confirmation it was closed. They blamed Expedia for everything. "
