"The thing that stands out on this stay was staff friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect. So walkable to a ton of things, like the theater District where we saw the Phantom of the Opera. Tons of Shopping, restaurants and short walk to Buckingham Palace. Lots of construction this summer so walking is your best bet. But the bus stop is in front of hotel, so easy to get around. Great bar area. Make sure to say hi to Paul the doorman, loads of info on sights to see!"
