M Club lounge manager Crisanta and staff so accommodating who provide exceptional service. Special mention to Elsa (front desk) you’re a star! Happy we chose this hotel with great location. "Fantastic property. The room was big and clean, with a king size bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of pools to swim in and other facilities too. Will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Malta."
