"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Probably the nicest stay we've ever had. Friendly and helpful reception staff, extremely thorough cleaning staff (who clean throughout the day). The facilities are exceptional, with a pool, terrace and gym on the upper floors. We wished that the terrace area was open post 10pm as we would have definitely used it later than this, but this is the only small criticism we can think of. We checked in and out both late and extremely early outside of reception hours but it was clearly discussed with us how we could get around this and all instructions given were clear and precise. The 24hr reception facility on WhatsApp is superb and the room we stayed in represents fantastic value for money, with a large bed, modern kitchen and bathroom, two televisions, office desk space and small kitchen table plus a balcony. This enabled us to prepare our own food during the stay which was a real plus. All in all a fantastic experience which I'm sure we will repeat in the future. A big thank you to all the staff at Park Heights and for helping to make our stay in Malta really special (such a beautiful country). "

"Excellent hotel located close to the ferry to Valletta and restaurants/bars/shops. Lovely views of the Valletta from the balcony. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms were well equipped with all the basics including an iron, hairdryer and robe/slippers. There is a fridge and kettle. The sleep quality was good and the bed linen of good standard. Staff were lovely and could help enough. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return in an instant. "

"The hotel staff are very pleasant and the beach club staff are exceptional. I paid extra for the option of having a beach club (5 min walk down from the hotel) so be able to relax after site-seeing. The spa is ok - sauna is a bit funky smelling and could do with renovation. Also, though there are signs asking for guests to be quiet, the hotel does nothing to stop loud groups taking selfies in the area - NOT relaxing at all. This is pricey, but there are so many great food options in close distance (try Kebab Ji) so no need to eat in hotel restaurant or have their 25 Euro breakfast when there's a fabulous coffee shop at the end of the road. There is also a SPAR grocery store to buy bottled water. The negative feed back is there is no sea view - the hotel is not sea front. You look into apartments and only if you strain your head to the left - you might get a glimpse so don't pay extra for something that doesn't exist. The driver employed by the hotel for airport and excursions is great! Just be sure to book a day in advance as the few spaces get filled up quickly (note: there is no ride back from sites so you would have to Uber or public transport your way back) "
